ive known this guy for 10 years were like best friends we hang out a lot nd go to camps together but this year at a 2 week camp he only talked to me once the entire 2 weeks then the next 1 week camp he talked to me but he was rude nd mean during the 1 week camp me,him nd a group of friends played spin the bottle nd everytime he spun it landed on me nd vice vers after camp ended i told him i like him over im nd he said he knew but he wudnt tell me if he liked me or not he said he wud tell me jus not now wut do u think?

I had to take a deep breath reading this, hoping I'd find a period in there somewhere. ..anyway, it sounds like a lost cause and that he doesn't like you the way you like him.

I can tell you are very young and inexperienced. One lesson you must learn and take it with you through your years of growing up and that is not to ever wait for any guy or man to tell you how he feels when it is convenient for him. If a person really likes you, he will let you know from the beginning. Have enough respect for yourself to say, "I am important and no one is above me." You should not have to wait for anyone. He sounds very ignorant. You don't need that in your life and when a guy see that you are waiting or running behind them, they treat you like garbage because they figure you want them more than they want you so they can get what they want from you and leave. Even if he comes to you now, he will leave later, trust me on that. Good luck.

How old are you? You sound kind of young. Regardless, he is definitely being ignorant. Sounds like you can do better.
