if she is really your friend you need to help her out. Tell her what is going on - all these people making fun of her is eventually going to be notice and then she is going to be humiliated.
I honestly don't get why friends can't me more honest.
"Sweetie you are slurping that coffee too loud."
"Honey that gum smacking is driving me insane."
BE HONEST

you could buy her a straw, or a baby no spill cup.
as a gag gift, and with a note, say dear friend, i reccomended you for this job, because i knew you would be wonderful for it. I didn't realize how much fun everyone was having at your expense with your slurping coffee gum smacking.
or go to boss-- put out a memo, no gum chewing on site, candy and coffee in break rooms only.
honestly some people think they are so cute when the slurp and suck and smack---- it's reverse sexual harrassment.
bring that up to the boss.
Honestly i think a gentle talk, and some gag cards from coworkers, and pacifier and baby cup and honesty would do it. don't you get sued for harrassment now!

This may be your time to save her!
If she is an adult and still behaves this way, you can save her job and her future as an old spinster by approaching her on this.
You plan to have lunch or coffee with her alone. when you are quiet and remote from other distractions, you begin by telling her that you are raising this issue because you care about her and you are so close to her. Tell her that these two little habits have caused negative attention and that she needs to eliminate them from her life.
This is a delicate matter, so keep her feelings in mind. speak softly, almost whispering and continuous so that she won't challenge or defend herself. This isn't an argument, it is your caring for her that brought it to this point.
If she defends herself or her childish habits, take a deep breath and mention that the manager has noticed and closes his door because of it. Keep control of this conversation! Don't make it a dialog, this is a one way talking to!
Softly, but firmly...eye to eye contact.

Tell her....kinder to point it out than let everyone laugh at her. Plus it is unbearable to hear this sort of thing.
Just say in a joky manner "Is that candy as good as it sounds?"
Or..."Careful...you'll suck up the desk along with your coffee" I'm serious...it's better than letting her be an idiot!

Simply tell her how annoying these habits are. Perhaps no one ever has before because of fear of offending her, while it is her that is being offensive. I know I would be very irritated by that. good luck.
