Actually, several years ago I subscribed to a magazine called Omni. I don't think it's still around, but they did an article on this. According to the article, science was close to being able to give men the ability to carry a baby, then give birth by c-section (obviously).
In the article the had published a waiting list of like 100 men...all celebrities and/or notable men. They wanted to have the experience of carrying a child.

The number would be very low, but there might still be some men that would want to give birth, namely, gay couples.

If 10% of all men are gay, and if they all got together in pairs say 50% of them might like to have kids...
But if they didn't need women for babies, who is to say that they would marry women at all? Think about raising a kid with your best mate, beer, tv, seat up all the time on the loo, and no women to be nagged by.
It might need another way out though...lol

I'd be the first in line. For the mere price of 40-70 hours of labor, I would never again have to hear any of those stupid cliches about how I could never do it.

If God wanted us to give birth to children, we would be...it was NEVER his intention that men were to give birth...hell isn't it enough that we're willing to commit to one woman???
some men can't even get that right...
