My dog is papered, I KNOW what she is, saw both parents on site, so I don't have any doubts--Other people uneducated in her breed, DO have doubts though...
What I'm trying to see is what the general public thinks she is.
Only those familiar with the traditional line of her breed, will know for sure what she is, but it's still going to be interesting to see what people say.
To satisfy my own curiosity, here she is:

Don't go by coloring-- she's not rhodesian, she doesn't have the ridge of hair on her back that so easily identifies a rhodesian.
And ignore her goofy ears, she's just got some weirdo ears :P

I can already see the trend of identification here, people REALLY like to follow colors.

Throw some brindle on her, and what do you get? BAM... pitbull... make her black with brown accents, and what do you get? BAM... doberman or rottweiler.
Go by physical traits people.... Otherwise don't bother answering.

Let me clarify..

I HAVE papers. WITH me.

Research the qualities of a pitbull and am staff.... you'll see she fits perfectly into show quality except her goofy ears. :(

Judging by her bone structure and head, I would say an old family pit. Bloodlines going back to when they were bred for working and not looks. The looks originally were not a major factor, leading to many dogs from the same breed looking nothing alike, unlike most purebred dogs.

Just because both parents were on site does not mean the dog has papers. Both parents have to be AKC registered in order for the puppies to have "papers." This looks like a Staffordshire Terrier or a Pit Bull. Honestly, this dog is pretty, but lacks some of the qualities either pure breed. The important thing is that she is important to you. By the way, have YOU seen the papers on the parents?

If you think she is shaped like a Rottie or a Dobe, which are very different in type, you have proved you have what is called kennel blindness - the inability to properly see ones own dogs, especially their faults.
Whatever she is, & I would say weedy pit, she is a poor specimen & I find it horrifying that she appears to be lactating.
Papers are only as good as the person appyling to register a dog.
What registry are they from?

Looks like a pit mix.

Edit: Just out of curiosity, what registry are the papers from? Her head does not look right to be a purebred pit or amstaff, although she could just be badly bred from pet stock.

Not trying to be mean, just curious. She sure is cute!

She looks like a pit bull or PB mix---but not an AmStaff. The tail isn't right for an AmStaff and the color on her chest looks speckled/spotted which isn't allowed in AmStaffs.

She also looks too tall for an AmStaff.

She looks like a Rhodesian Ridgeback but the ridge is not as well defined as usual. I have worked at a vet office for many years and usually good at identifying breeds but that is my guess without more pics.

Well she looks like a pit bull to me but she might just be a weird breed I never heard of. And everyone says my miniature Dachshund is a Dachshund/Chiuauah but I have papers too!! It makes me mad that I don't know for sure! I think he is one of those experiment toy Dachshunds that's what it looks like to me he is 6 pounds and full grown. Or maybe he is an alien!!! (jk lol) He makes weird alien noises when I play with him. lol

I find it hard to believe you can criticize people for failing to ID your dog breed, when the only decent pic is the third from the bottom. Plus, you admit yourself her ears are off. I figured it had to be a bully-type breed because of the the pic with her collar, few people other than bully-breed owners buy collars like that.

I would say Rhodesian Ridgeback but its missing the ridgeback. Maybe a mix of a Rhodesian and Pit?
