It's a calculator that tells you the chances your baby will have a particular eye color based on your family genetics.

As for the hair, red is recessive, so your baby will have only red genes from him. Brown is incomplete dominant (I believe), so you could be carrying a red or blond gene. Your child could have strawberry blond, red, auburn, or brown hair, though some shade of brown is most likely.

The father often contributes strong genes where hair color and eye color are concerned, however, brown hair is a more dominant gene and you probably have a 50/50 chance of the eyes but may come out with a variant like hazel. What are the grandfather's hair colors? Does he have any siblings who've had children - look at them and their mother and father. Good luck and God Bless.

It could be blonde and change when the baby gets older or brown hair. Eyes blue and change to green with what is wearing.

depends whose genes are dominate . I have light blonde hair he has dark brown hair I have green eyes he has brown/hazel eyes.

Our son was born with jet black hair and blueberry colored eyes. He is now 14 months old and light blonde hair and eye brows and eyes the color of the sky

So your baby could end up looking like great great great grandma/grandpa on either side

Brown hair is more dominant, but it could be any combination. I have a friends who are both dark brunettes, but one daughter is blonde (looks just like the father's sister).
