You can not change .wav into .txt. .Wav contains sound!

No software on the market (currently) will be able to convert the .wav to plain text since most speech software requires you to TRAIN the software by speaking to it with specific words, since it is in .wav you can't train it.

Wave to text....

OK, I am going to assume the wave files have speech in them.

Not aware of any program that does wave to text. But if you can find a way to play the wave file into the microphone, any good speech-to-text program (such as Naturally Speaking) should be able to do the conversion.
