If you truly want to pump it in a (properly sized) pipe, then it will almost have to be a slurry.

If you must 'pump' it dry consider a conveyer belt or a screw type lift inside a tube.

A classic pump to pump a slurry would be something like Goulds JC pumps. But remember, any pump you want to use would require you to mix the charcoal with water to make a slurry, can't "pump" it dry. If you are trying to transport in a dry state, you would need to convey it either with a conveyor, screw or pneumatically blow the material.

if it is a slurry greater than 5% solids, use a progressive cavity pump

if it is dry, then should be pneumatically conveyed like what a previous answer mentioned
