Does anyone know a way to get skinny legs that doesn't involve some diet that you have to pay for or some video? Thank you so much!

eating healthy is one thing that helps- if you walk a lot and exersise- that gives you more muscle on your legs but less skinnienes and smallness to them- muscle is healthiest so eat healthy, swim, walk, and most important- Have FUN! Hope I helped! :) I wan't really skinny legs to- i'm on a track team so the muscles in my legs have really builed up- but they still look good, and getting a tan makes them look even bigger! I gave you a star becuase a lot of people have the same question. :)

DON'T listen to the term 'pear' shape it's a horrible horrible term. You can have thin legs! You just need to tone up that's all. You can do certain exercises like crunches, squats (they are the best!) to tone up your legs, ***, and knees if you really want! Also, you might want to consider that it's something to do with your diet. If you're thighs are bigger then it's fair to say that when you put on weight, the fat etc goes to your thighs. I used to be the same. I used to eat loads of crap and my stomach would NEVER get big. However then I grew a bit and I started noticing that my thighs are way too big. So I ate healthier, toned up, and now my body looks so much better. Just eat healthier and do some toning - super easy!

You've got to stop thinking about working on only one part of your body... think of your body like a gas tank, you empty it all out at once. Excersize is the same way...you want to get skinnier legs, you'll also be getting skinnier hips, belly, etc etc...

With women, the first part that gets fat is the last part that gets thin...in this case hips, legs, belly, arms, torso, face.

Eat 3/4 of what you normally would/meal. Exercise...aerobic (if you can still talk while you're exercising, it's aerobic and you're burning fat...if you can't talk *out of breath*, you don't have enough oxygen to burn fat and you're burning sugar instead).

Walking, jogging, biking, swimming etc... all good.

Good luck!

Toning and watching your diet. I know that almost everyone is going to say that, but it's true.

Think of it this way. One pound has about 1600 calories in it. Alright, so lets say you eat 1800 calories a day, that would be fine if you burn 2000 calories a day.

Anyways.. Point is if you burn more calories than you take in, and work out the specific parts of your legs you want to get thinner in, in time you will lose weight.

The legs we are born with are kind of an inherent body characteristic. I don't know of any diet to change the appearance of our legs, except exercises to firm and tone them.....otherwise their basic shape is a genetic thing.

I don't think there is a way to get only your leg skinny without your whole body being skinny

Walk, walk, walk and then walk some more!!! Do alot of leg exercises that don't build up muscle. More of the toning type. Check out these sites:

You can start doing leg exersises like jogging and biking and if you already have a workout machine in your house (e.g. bowflex) some of them have leg exersices on them like lifting weights with your legs and stuff. Hope it helps!!!
