It is a known fact that 80% of our body weight is water. After binging or eating large amounts of food, we usually put extra weight on temporarily. This is usually just bloating - It would be highly unlikely that all of this 7 pounds is fat.
If you have a problem with binge eating, try to seek some advice or help from a doctor - its not healthy, it makes you gain weight and also makes you feel horrible afterwards.
Hope this makes you feel better.

depends on how much you binged. did you have many fluids? fluids way tons so that could be part, also if you ate enough theres a very big possibility that all the food is still in your guts, give it a day or two of eating normally and i bet youll loose that 7 once your body has a chance to digest

No you purely gained weight on the grounds which you ate around a million,000 energy and opportunities are high you probably did not exercising sufficient to burn all that power and it have been given saved as fat. yet another threat is that your speedy weight reduction positioned your physique into starvation mode and it saved your McDonald's meal as fat because of the fact survival instincts kicked in- it is extra possibly to ensue in case you have been eating under 2,000 energy an afternoon and not recieving adaquate meals.

It sounds like you could use a visit to a dietician and/ or physician. You definetley have a binge problem, do you have the purge problem too? There is help...ASK YOUR DOCTOR!
YES, you can "so-called" gain weight over night...for example you weigh yourself, its whatever #'s, then you gorge , say at a buffet style restaurant, then weight yourself again...obviously you will weigh more, you have just packed in the food and it hasn't digested yet. What goes in settles, and we either eventually expel it (feces/poop) or our body utilizes it(muscle or fat)........but until our body disperses the food, our stomach hangs-on to the contents you filled it with.
