I've always been a worrier for as long as I can remember. I analyze and worry about the small stuff. I know that a little worrying is helpful but sometimes mine is out of control. I worry about my behavior, worry about the future instead of just relaxing and taking it all in stride. Maybe I should just ask myself when I start to:"Is this worth worrying about? Do I have any control over this?" If the answers to these questions are no then stop worrying. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I drive my boyfriend crazy with my worrying and it pushes him away.

I always try to concentrate on a solution and being proactive towards things. Sometimes we may read too much into things or just think of the worst case scenario when things occurs.
It could help talking to a friend or spouse when you have problems so that you can "vent out" and get relief or even better, maybe you can both, together find a solution.

Many times people may just take drugs to remedy this but it's not doing much since you are not taking care of the problem. You are just "covering it' .

Try this website. I'm sure it can help you. It sure helped me...

Good luck friend!

You believe something is at stake in this life. Fear and worry result.
What the .... is this guy saying, there's nothing at stake? Right, that's what I'm saying.

For you to realize the truth, just experience what it feels like to be here.
Don't let the mind lead you away.

Focus on the only thing you're certain of. Don't bother debating what that is --- you're here, you can be certain of it.

Go to a psychiatrist. Some of these problems are genetic and must be treated. Also take a class in meditation. Learn how to overcome your problem now while you are still young. My ex-husband suffered from extreme anxieties and I finally had to leave him after 23 years.

It's human nature to worry about things, but obsessing over it is unhealthy. Life is to short to worry all the time, ya know?

You might try to talk to your doctor about your worrying and might get some medicine for it. Or maybe you are doing something that you don't really like. Don't do it and see what happens.
