I saw the program and I was actually stunned by how professional and their work was.

The explanation of the ten plagues ( particularly the first and last) was excellent.

I was not entirely sold on the Minoan-Egypt-Moses connection but I found it interesting none the less.

As for the ten plagues, of course they were natural events, the question is all about timing.

A flat bed truck with pillows driving down the street is no miracle, but would it be a miracle if just then someone fell out of a 10 story window and was saved?

According to the documentary "The Exodus Decoded", the plagues can be explained if the time of Exodus is moved to the time of the eruption of the volcano in the island of Santorini. The way they put it, it's quite possible, who knows.

Could you list the names of the "history channel people" that you claim believe this? Or could it be the case that the "history channel people" broadcast shows for entertainment and not necessarily to inform? Like, perhaps the advertisers want their products seen by the largest number of viewers possible so the "history channel people" air what they think folks like you will watch?

They believe it actually happened IF you move the date by almost 400 years. Personally, I think it's a stretch. I watched that special, and I was not convinced. There were too many "ifs" and "maybes."
