I did the therapy thing, I did the surgery thing, I'm STILL doing the therapy thing. I need answers. What could be causing my elbows to hurt inside the joint? Please anything you can offer will be helpful so that I can research it. Thanks.

I'm a Chiropractor, and we believe almost all extremity (arms and leg) problems originate in the spine, either in the neck or back.
I have treated literally thousands of people for tennis elbow and wrist complaints and they almost always respond positively with good spinal treatments as well as massage and joint mobilization directly to the area of pain. You may have other symptoms such as stiff neck and back, and headaches get better at the same time
Surgery is very often a temporary fix for these kinds of problems because the problem is still sitting in the spine and just starts radiating out again to the arm and reirritating it. See a chiropractor who is good at upper cervical work and does soft tissue nassage as well. Best luck. David.
