*Keep a good pace, and go run for 30 minutes or more. If you run in the morning before you eat. Your body goes directly to burning stored fat. Also maintain a healthy diet, and exercise daily to lose fat.*

Here are a few more tips if you want to use them if you don't already:

-Here are a few exercises to help with reducing fat, and building muslce. Jog in place, jump rope, jog, walk, swim, bike, sit ups, push ups, crunches, pilates, pull ups, swimming, leg lifts, and dancing. Make sure you do atleast and hour of Cardio.

*Drink more water, 8-10 glasses of water everyday.*

-Cut down on the carbs (there's good, and bad carbs. The bad cars are chips, sodas etc.), fats, and sugars you consume.

-Lift weights, the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns.

-If you feel like you are hungry try to have some water, but if you want food, then try to snack in between meals only have fruit and veges, apple, carrot sticks, remember try to eat an apple and banana a day.

-I suggest taking out all fizzy drinks and juices.

*I started swimming every morning about 3 weeks ago before I ate breakfast, so far I have lost about 20 pounds of fat, and have gone down 2 waist sizes. I look, and feel way better because when you do a form of cardio exercise before you eat, you are burning the stored fat (stomach, and everything else), other than burning the food you just ate. Plus swimming burns fat, and tones up your muscles. 2 In 1!*

(Have a good breakfast. Breakfast is so important.)

Good luck!

A good distance to run would be: As far as you can run!

Actually, it would be in your best interest to figure out how far you can run at a set pace in which you are able to breathe freely (a pace where you could hold a conversation for the duration of the run). Find that distance and then cut it by 1/2 to 1/3. Run that two times a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. In doing this you will be able to maximize your caloric expenditure and metabolism over the course of the day, leading to faster and more noticeable gains. Just make sure that you're eating enough healthy calories over the course of the day!

Actually running is very bad on your legas and knees. You don't have to try so hard. Walking is all you need...The longer it takes you to get to the same distance..the more calories you burn.

Okay...I only started last monday...All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost one pant size and 7 pounds. And its only been 8 days!

Here it is:

Helpful Tips for weight loss:

1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body's principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.
