I work out at a gym and use the weight machines for strength training. I am trying to track my fitness on a website, but the machines are not listed and I don't know the name or the machines or where to find this answer. Any help would be great.

The machine means nothing. Chart it by the exercise, weight, how you did the excercise(machine, dumbell, barbell) and number of repetitions:

Example:

Curl(What), Dumbell(how), 20 pounds(how much), 9 Reps(how many)

There are plenty of software products that will chart your progress.

The gym you go to should be of help in this direction!

You'll have to ask the staff at the gym, because we don't know what you have at your gym.
