I think that u need to find out what the reason you have pimples or seek medical advice. Most important is choose a suitable brand of facial product to use and always keep your face clean. And also need to eat more vegetables n fruits, drink 8 glasses of water in a day, do some exercise n sleep well. I think tat it may improve your condition.
There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off. Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

The dark circles is common and I get them a lot so get some rest and if that doesn't work check with a doctor. Scars from acne will heal but it may take some time. For current pimples use Neutregena and hot water, worked form me.

Dark circles around eyes - it is an indication of calcium deficiency. So, a supplement might help but consult a doctor before you decide. As for pimples and so on, wash your face with anticeptic solution (e.g. dettol diluted in water) two or three times a day, and avoid application of any medication. You should see tangible improvement in a few weeks.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

get an eyecream that is specific for dark circles, you can get them at the drugstore l'oreal makes a nice one for about $20. some circles are hereditary though, there's not a lot that can be done about them, it's a combination of thin skin under the eyes, blood being close to the surface and amount of sleep you get a night.

Are your dark circles genetic? Pls add additional details :)
Also, don't pick on your pimples! I did that a lot and they just got worse. Also, avoid oily/fatty foods and wash your face regularly with anti-bacterial soap (neutrogena face-wash is a good start)

For pimples, the best way is not to touch them with your hands. Use safeguard white. It's the most effective for my skin maybe it will work for you. For dark circles, try to detoxify, allow yourself to sweat by exercise. Drink calamansi juice...
