I need to get some healthy eatting plans and excersizing schedule or something. I want to lose atleast 20 pounds, and all i am doing is eatting junk, i need help on what i need to do!!

I really wana loose weight, i want to lose as much as i can in 2 weeks. That is when school starts, but i want to keep it off.

After seeing a doctor you could do something as simple as starting to walk daily and replacing junk with natural foods and make those life long changes and that will help over an extended period of time.

Hey I 13 too. Well I'll tell you what theres no way to lose 20bls in 2weeks not even in a month really unless u take diet pills but youre not that over weight to even get those.

Well start by eating lots of fiber. try mini wheats cereal, it's really good. the reason fiber is good is because is helps break down food faster and not turn into fat as easily. also try peaches or a sweet fruit for a snack instead of junk.

And as far a working out you really just need to make sure you sweat. THe truth is, you can't choose where your body loses weight only body does that. Try running and sit ups, V-ups. I mostly suggest running. It really works your entire body out. I wish you the best of luck!

if you arent into running or jogging....walk. walk a lot at a fairly decent pace. measure out a mile distance in your neighborhood or around a park or something and walk 2-3 miles a day. drink half of your weight in fluid ounces of water and eat balanced meals. do 25 situps before you go to bed and increase every night by 5 or however many you are comfortable.

If you are really up for it. All you have to do is eat half of what you usually eat and no sweets. Run (not walk) every day for about 15 mines. You will see the result in two weeks.

Take steps that involve burning and reduction in intake of calories! As for consumption of food, replace junk with more fruit and veg on a regular basis.

do situps !!!

try eating special k each day for 2 weeks. that can help you lose 6 pounds
