try drinking more water and stretching more often. maybe try increasing caffeine or taking some aspirin. it could just be that you are stressed also. if nothing seems to help then go see a professional.

Possibly. Or you may just be low on potassium. Try eating more bananas. Does this help? Anyhow, still see your doctor...it may be a medical problem such as Parkinson's Disease, however, do NOT self diagnose. Do tell your doctor ALL of the symptoms and how long they have been taking place. Is there a certain time when it is worse? Like when you are stressed out, or when it is rainy outside? Schedule an appointment with your doctor. Meanwhile keep a "symptoms" diary. Note time, date, what your body is doing, what may have contributed to bringing on the symptom, what types of food & beverages you have consumed, meds taken, etc...all of these things will help your doctor get a clearer picture of what may be going on and will help him or her in deciding what further testing to do as well as to diagnose the problem. Best of luck to you!

Definitely talk to your doctor. They will refer you to a neurologist, who specializes in dealing with problems like yours. I have "essential tremors" which is very similar to what you're talking about and was put on a medication. I no longer get charlie horses or shaking hands. Good luck!
