but i do love corned beef - i know it's not good for me but I can eat a whole tin of it (thinly sliced of course) whilst watching the telly.

Bit sick that isn't it - i will probably die from corned beef overdose!!

My favourite meat is Aberdeen Angus steak. A 14oz sirloin that has been hung for at least 4 weeks, that is dark, with rich marbling through it.

Served rare/ medium rare with a salad and a mix of wild mushrooms pan fried in butter and garlic.

Ged-damn-well in!

Hurrah for Red Meat and get it up ye all veggies. I don't care cos it means all the more for me.

Running a close second Lamb steaks again cooked rare; and in third slot duck, surprisingly cooked rare in a port and orange sauce with caramelised shallots and roast garlic

Spare ribs. Oh with honey sauce. Or sweet chilli chicken. I had no lunch today so this is making me hungrier. Roast beef. Yum.

Now, now. Is that a question to ask a lady?

Alrighty then. I'll be serious. Though I much prefer seafood I do enjoy a good ribeye with some hashbrowns.
