What is haur??? Do you mean hair? If you do than not putting in too much product, not using heat (like blowdryers or curling/straightening irons) and good conditioners and shampoos that dont weigh your hair down will help it grow the fastest. Also regular trims will help keep the ends healthy and help it grow faster.

1.Getting hair cuts
2.Trimming ends (as often as needed)
3.Not dying hair to damge it or fry the ends and stuff.
4.Using hair food (a little hair oil in the ends and scalp when hair is dry).
5.Don't use a lot of gel and stuff.
6.Sometimes towel drying is good as well because heat (from blowdryers) contributes to breakage sometimes.
7.When washing hair (not using any ordianry shampoo and conditioner or whatever else you use), products designed to treat your hair.
ETC.
keep your hair natural and healthy
