Somehow, I don't think your intended audience can think that high. I think they're stuck on the bible floor, and can't find the stairs or elevator, so they can only move around on that floor. They think it's the only reality there is or could be.

he was created by a higher god man is the higher god he came up with the concept of god

I've actually been thinking about that for quite some time now. It seems like there could be thousands of "gods" and this "God" was given rulership over the Earth.

Actually, he DOES know. THis is why he issued the command: You will have no other Gods BEFORE me. So, obviously, he acknowledges that other Gods exist, and that he would be jealous if we worshipped them over him - which we would presumably only do if they were greater than he... He also said "Let us make man in our image", again, giving us evidence that he is not the only God up there...
