Hard to tell without you giving total number of calories. Need more details.

If you are losing weight and don't want to then too little, if you are gaining and don't want to then too much. DEpending how big of servings you are eating then it sounds like too little. If these were standard single servings I would guess too little. Skipping lunch is bad and so is no snack between meals. Your body may very well be storing this as fat.

Typical single serving portions:

Morning: 120 cereal and 140 milk (260)
Dinner: 160 for bread and 210 for salmon(370)
7PM - 260

1 medium size fruit is barely 100 calories.
12-16oz of veggies is often less than 150 calories.
2 fruits and 12 oz veggies = 350

You must be eating some large portions or getting calories you don't mention. This intake for a male is definately below what's needed to sustain life, is malnutrition, etc.

For a women it would be borderline.

Not enough at ALL.
Eat snacks in the day, and there's a little thing called LUNCH!

Plus, if you exercise for an hour you hardly have anything in you to keep yourself going!
And if you keep eating that little your body will go into starvation mode and you could gain weight, plus it's not healthy.
Are you eating the same things every day?
If you are, you need to switch it up.
Get fruits and veggies and whole wheat breads and dairy and lean meats.
Don't go under 1200 calories a day, but you should probably eat more because you exercise. I'd say at least 1400, but it's hard to say when I don't know your stats

Is your lunch the salmon? Some people call lunch, dinner...But if not, you may want to eat some lunch. Or several small meals in the day. I always heard thats good for you. Keeps the metabolism going. Good Luck with that!

Doesn't sound like nearly enough...don't put your cals under 1200 a day w/o a doc's supervision and if you are male, that's probably way too low as guys tend to naturally have faster metabolisms than women.

Get your cals up to around 1500 - 1800, keep up with healthy food, make it 4 - 6 small meals instead of 3 (keeps your metabolism busy longer and burns more calories), and keep up with the exercise.

Good luck!

Maybe you can cut down a bit that special k (?) and increase intake of veg and fruit. Other things you do are fine.

I think you need more than that.
Your also exercising so you need more calories.
You have special K for tea i take it? Your taking less than a 1000kcals a day which isn't healthy.
