The doctor I have seen says its rls and prescribed Klonopin..which totally knocks me out so of course I dont feel pain but during the day at work it kills me. It aslo seems to have spread to hands which on somedays hurt more than my legs. I have to take up to 20 advil a day just to get by....any recommendations for coping with the pain during the day? And if there is a life time problem with no cure I dont see a reason to get on pain meds because eventually when stopped it will just start hurting again.

If you have a legitimate problem you can see your physician who will determine what type of pain medication is needed for your injury or pain. I highly recommend that you read everything you can on the long term effects of the drug you just mentioned. You wouldn't won't to become addicted to prescription medication because it can ruin your life! I have a daughter who started out with the one you mentioned and then got addicted to another and she has lost her children and can't even come home. It is very sad! I only say this because I care. Please forgive me for meddling in your life. If you really are in pain seek medical advice.
