There is a small mass of something on my left testical. It doesnt feel thick of sturdy, it's like a jellowy feeling to it. I don't know what it is. It has a feeling of like a vein, which i am hoping it is. But of course veins aren't in a ball like shape. It is particularly small, does anyone know what it is?

It could just be a cyst. I have one between the epididimal head and the actucal left testical. It does hurt, but only slightly. These cysts are usually nothing to worry about. Having them removed can actually be worse for you than leaving them in. I would see your healthcare provider to schedule an ultrasound to get the scoop on what it is and what your course of action should be. With any luckyou'll have your answers and you'll have a hot brunette doing the ultrasound like I had. Best of luck.

Testicular Cancer isnt rare in men under 40, In fact its the most common form of cancer in men from ages 15-30.. but its best you go see a doctor, there are alot of things it could be..all would seem feel the same to someone who doesn't know what he's talking about (people here).

It could be a "testicular cyst" or it could be the beginings of a tumor. Don't freak, just see a Uroligist, he will order a scan which will tell you right away what it is. You don't give your age, but testicular cancer is rare in men under 40, while cysts are common, especially if you have ever been injured there.

No, but have it checked immediately. My brother in law developed testicular cancer. It metastasized in his abdominal area and required a 17 hour surgery and the removal of one testicle. Don't wait around.
