See a good neurologist. Could be anything from a form of Epilepsy to Narcoplexy, sleep apnea or even Lyme Disease if you live or have visited a place where there are Lyme. If there is a possibility of Lyme visit an Infectious Disease Specialist.
Don't get discouraged. Just keep searching for an answer.
I'm wondering why you are discounting fibromyalgia because many of your symptons could also be under the umbrella of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. There are many reputable centers across the US that now treat this problem that is very real.

It is rather difficult for anyone to even have an idea what is going on with you, simply because without being able to examine you it is very very difficult to tell you what is happening. You should be going to see a doctor and having the necessary lab work done to get down to the bottom of what is going on with you. We can say you may have this, you may have that, but none will help. .
Mono, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, you could even be Diabetic. See a doctor as soon as possible.Cause it could be ANYTHING!

Fibromyalgia does create many of the symptoms you have described. So does chronic fatigue syndrome. Surely they've tested you for mono. Sounds like a CAT scan or an MRI are in order. Is your blood work good? I hope you soon find a doctor who can help you. Best wishes.

It's possible it is syncope (read Websites below). All the symptoms are consistent, but they don't tell about headaches afterwards. My husband and their family have this condition. Your blood pressure just bottoms out and you lose consciousness. One things that seems to work for him is if you feed him a bunch of salty stuff, like potato chips or pretzels. It helps to fend off an attack. Since there are a lot of possible causes of syncope (heart problems, neurological, etc.) it would be foolish for me to recommend that you do anything other than go to a new doctor to get tested for heart or neurological problems associtaed with syncope.

Check for these diseases and please immediately make visits to the concerned speacialists :
1. Check your blood pressure,Sugar levels,Thyroid levels in the blood
2. Check your EEG(Brain ECG) and other tests with a neurologist to ensure that Brain is functioning properly.
3. Check for depression (which can be if Thyroid is having a problem)....
Fibromyalgia can also cause all these.........if no effect upon treatment of the same, immediately change your doctor.
Also, checkout www.webmd.com which has a beautiful inbuilt symptom checker to know what is happening inside your body.
All the best and take care without delay.

I agree w/poster above about getting tested for Lyme, blood sugar and Thyroid disease. Have you had any CAT scans done? I would be shocked to learn the docs havent run these batteries of tests...please give us more info - what testing has been done, etc.? Good luck to you.

If you have not been tested for these diseases, please insist that your doctor does.
Lyme disease
Blood sugar levels
Thyroid disorder
edit: I feel compelled to add to my post. My aunt was being treated for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 8 years to no avail. She was finally diagnosed with Lyme disease, but not before she suffered irreparable damage to her kidneys.
Many times Lyme is misdiagnosed as CFS, do not let your doctor make that error.

Ask your doctor to do a heavy metals test. Sounds familiar to me. You may need to insist they do it, but it could save your life! Good luck.
