Dont dye all your hair, maybe get highlights first. They look great and are not as permanent as dyeing your whole hair.
Or you can use a temporal dye for him to see how it would look.

But if you are really young don't dye your hair, because once you start you wont stop for the rest of your life.
Buy chamomile shampoo this will put your hair more blond (my younger sis did this for a couple of months and it works).
Or buy a color booster shampoo,I think John Freida sells them, and that will give your hair more color.

Hope I could help.

depend on what color you want, like if its a natural hair color he shoudlnt mind if its like a blue or purple he might.
tell your day that youll get a semi permanant hair dye that will wash otu in a couple weeks and promise him youll be good.
i dyed my hair a semi permanant black under my blonde hair and my mom didnt hair cuz it will wash out.
beg your dad tell him your growing up you want to try a new look, instead of being stuck looking the same forever.

My parents have always let me dye and cut my hair myself, so I don't know what to tell you. If I were you, I'd make a deal with him. "If you let me dye my hair, I'll pass all my classes this semester" or "If you let me dye my hair, I'll wash your car."

If you are young enough to have to ask your Dad if you can dye your hair, you DEFINITELY don't need "sexy barbie" as a screen name.
