this paticular menu seems healthy for the day, I'm assuming this is just a sample and not what you eat seven days a week. I'd rate you a four. Maybe consider using a teaspoon of Sour Cream instead of a table spoon. You should deffinatly be drinking something with breakfast, and other than the glass of soda you haven't listed any drinks. So drink more! (esp. water) If you are looking to loose weight the water will help. If you aren't feeling well and are worried your diet is the cause, consider seeing a nutritionalist. Good luck/Keep up the good work!

Every day!?
You do better than most, but throw in the soda and the fact that you don't seem to have much of a variety, which means less nutrients, then I'd say you're average. You might want to add some water or low fat milk or SOMETHING to your breakfast for a drink. And you desperately need some grains. Science has all but proven that the Atkins "no bread" thing is not really that healthy. I'll give you a 5.
But don't feel bad. I give myself an 8.
Ah, but I'll die happy. Mmmmm... cheeseburger.

WOW....I wish I ate like this all the time. Sounds like no fun....I would say that your eating on a scale of 1-10 is a 3. You sound like you need to drink more.....water that is. Stick to the basics....remember your body NEEDS carbs for the energy you need as a functioning human being, without ANY carbs your body will store fat and make you gain back the weight you lose (Therefore, that is why most people gain back all their weight after the atkins diet.) Stick to it....it will work for you. If you really want it to be a true weightloss remember to keep your GOOD carbs in the diet (whole wheat anything) and drink 6-8 glasses of water (this keeps your body cleaned out and keeps toxins from being stored in there.)

What is the total Calorie intake???? Lose the Soda and drink more water.
I give you a 6. No total calories computed. No protein/carb/fat ratio for those calories. I take Soda as a large High Fructose Corn Syrup intake(bad). Not enough water listed.
Compared to most people though. A 10!

In all honesty, about a 3. Most of them are from the same town in England, and are working class. Although characters from different countries are introduced, they don't have a big influence on the story and are very minor. Personality-wise; i'd say about a 7 or 8. I think a range of different personalities within a story makes it interesting. It would be boring if they all acted the same and shared the same ideas!

1-10, with 10 as the best, I'd say around 6.
Eat some more grain products and dairy products and I think you'll be doing even better. You do need a little more variety. Also, drink a lot of water.

Grains- Need more! Don't forget whole grains!
Fruits- TONS!! Maybe even more than you need (which can be bad)
Vegetables- Enough, but could add in different colors
Dairy- Some, but not a whole lot.
Meats, Poultry, Fish, Beans- a few servings, amybe add in a few more
That was my op[inion of it. To know for sure, go to www.mypyramid.gov to find out what you need to eat more often and how yuor eating really is.

I would rate your eating a 5. You are eating really healthy but you could use a little more variety and exposure to some of the other food groups beside fruit and veggie. Also I hope you are drinking lots of water.

You are doing very well. Just a bit more in the fruits and veggies department. Drink water, not soda every day. Once in awhile a soda does not hurt. Don't worry about the tortillas. They don't kill you, either.
