You need to add a few more food groups for more variety which will keep you full longer. Try 1-2 eggs, preferablly at least one without the yolk ( for cholesterol purposes ) or try an egg subsitute like eggbeaters. Then, sprinkle whith partially skimmed cheese and stick on a peice of whole grain toast and have a small side of berries or any fruit. Breakfast is supposed to be your biggest meal of the day, and that breakfast will be sure to keep you fuller longer, and prevent binging later.
Hope that helps!

No way! Eggs alone never fill me up for very long. Add some veggies to the eggs - potatoes, green peppers, mushrooms... And maybe eat a piece of toast too.

I think that, even though eggs are a good source of protein and are fairly low in calorie, they do not seem to really fill me up unless I eat something else with them. I usually have to have at least one piece of toast or some type of carb with my eggs.

wow ! 4 eggs? thats alot your cholesterol readings would be going off the charts! its not healthy eating that many eggs, and yes, eggs are meant to make you full. Eggs are high in protein, portein is known to have an effect to make our bodies stop eating. So i dunno why you not full but it way too many eggs, try drinking milk or eat more toast :)

Maybe you just have a fast metabolism. That would make you hungry shortly after eating. It's completely normal.

Did you exercise before eating? If your metabolism is high, that could make you hungrier. Are you pregnant? Do you have a tape worm? It is hard to say why you were hungry.
