Why doesnt hamtaro or sailor moon come on anymore?

they used 2 be my favorite shoWS and even my brother misses hamtaro

ratings... hamtaro stopped production in 2006 in Japan and CN dumped the show thus losing a loyal fan following.

Sailor moon was a victim of poor marketing according to the associated article. So ratings suffered as well.

Due to the lack of popularity, those two shows have been cancelled.
