there are about 25 different coffee plant species
the most expensive coffee is Kopi Luwak, it is eaten by cats(palm civet-dark brown tree dwelling cat) in Indonesia and then people collect the digested beans. it passes threw the cat whole and without dung around it and takes on a different flavour.
it cost $600 a pound

I thought it was Jamaican Blue Mountain, I never heard of the cat thing--I don't think I'm going to try that kind any time soon.

Maybe if I got my dog to eat some coffee beans . . .
