You guys are so awesome, thank you for the love and support. Some of you guys asked how I did it... It may seem lame and I did it coz of LOVE.

See my bf is a very heavy smoker, very very dependent on ciggies and one day I told him, I cant imagine marrying you and living our lives like this in future, smoking away, being unhealthy and all. It was just a remark but he was afraid of losing me.

He decide to quit to show me he s serious about us. I mean we are not getting any younger, he ll be 30 soon and I ll be joining him in a matter of few years. I told him, ok we ll do it together. I must admit, I didnt think he cld do it coz Ive seen the way this guy smokes and its CRAZY.

For weeks, he s been battling withdrawal symptoms and chest pains coz of the sudden stop of nicotine in his body. All these while I lied to him, Ive quit coz I still dont think he can do it. Ive seen him suffer battling against his cravings for me.I was very moved and touched and that was my last cig since.

YAY! Congrats! The first week is the hardest, trust me on that! I quit as a New Year's resolution back in January, and it can still get hard from time to time. It's weird because I still want nicotene. I don't want the cigarette. Just the nicotene. But I do feel soooo much better now! I can actually breathe again! One word of caution though, a few months from now if you get really stressed and want to take a puff from a cigarette, DON'T DO IT! You'll be hacking up a lung for the next three weeks!
Good luck and congrats! Keep going!

Probably at least a little(you're 1 2/3" behind your brother, so not a whole lot), a lot of your height is determined by environment, and that wasn't a good environment of course. The Super-Healthy thing might also be holding you back, try a normal balanced life-style, the best way to live is balanced, that's what your body's build for.

I am proud, but why did you start in the first place, smoking is a terrible way to lose time, and look sad, not to mention, ruin ones health. Find out why you smoke, and then answer yourself honestly. Life is good, We have a way of messing it up. Now, that you have stopped, you will feel the terrible taste of a smokers mouth, and you will find out how bad it tastes when you kiss someone who smokes. Congratulations anyway.

Yes!! Good for you! I finally got my daughter to quit, and I'm so glad. You'll be so much better off in the long run. Not only your lungs, but your skin and teeth will thank you for it. When you watch TV or go anywhere in public, look at people's mouths when they talk - you can tell the smokers from all the wrinkles around their mouths. The more you notice it, the more you'll be glad you quit.

Wow!! Keep up the good work! Just think that if you feel and smell this great after only 3 wks, how will you feel after a month and so on? Keep the carrot waved in front of your nose!
