It's beautiful outside and that's always a good thing, inspite of the fact that I have pulled a muscle in my shoulder.
The weather has a major effect on my mood.

Currently it's 60*, with ample sunshine, low humidity, and an expected high of 80* today. In simple terms, the weather is gorgeous, one of those rare, perfect summer days.

The weather greatly influences my mood because I have connective tissue and joint disorders. Sunny skies and high pressure mean that I will enjoy a relatively pain free day with increased mobility.

Humidity and low pressure means exactly the opposite, and usually serves to cause some depression also.

I live for days like this.

How is the weather in your area?

I am in Water Valley, MS and it is supposed to be 105 here today with a heat index of 110! My 4 children are in school (a/c), hubby out on the road in an a/c truck and I am gonna stay my happy butt inside in the air conditioned house!!! I am gonna stay cool, calm, and collected. I dont have to go anywhere! I'd say Im pretty happy about that!

Sunny and cool so far. Looks like its going to get warm though. The weather really doesn't effect my mood. Thankfully I've matured beyond letting such things as weather determine such mundane things.

OH! My weather is under control, be it my car during travel, be it my office where I work and be it my home. I can adjust the temperature and humidity to my liking.

Of course on weekend we look for the weather outside, if not to our liking then invite friends at home to a barbeque.

It got 'cold' this week and just finishing my yoga practice (I'm used to sweating during practice) is challenging me to accept the practice for what is was. Gone now. No more yoga practice, never happened. But, my ego is feeling cranky that my body felt so cold and had a hard time getting through wheel etc etc. I don't know if this makes sense to anybody but that's how I'm feeling/thinking. Namaste

Cool starry evening. Hint of a promise of more rain.
Peaceful mood. Sleep calling though.

Hot and humid...my mood is fine. I wish it were less humid so I could enjoy being outdoors more, but I live in FL so I realize this is part of life here.

It's sunny and cooler today. We had a storm roll through last night that cooled things off. It's nice, it makes me a bit more cheerful because I won't have to worry about my babies getting too hot outside today:)
