There is no such thing. Most spirits such as rum and vodka have well over 100 calories per shot, some have two or more hundred - PER SHOT. Most mixers only add more calories. And. while adding a one calorie mixer such as water or diet coke won't add more, the problem is in the booze itself, and there is no getting around it. Unless, you walk the tread master while you drink. Sorry. Oh, by the way: even light beers have over a hundred calories each.

Total avoidance would probably be best.
However, when I was trying to maintain my substantial weight loss about 5 years ago...I drank Captain Morgan and diet coke rather than my usual beer.

Rum is not an option since it comes from sugar, drink gin, vodka, tequila. Better if you can skip drinking cause even diest soft drinks have plenty of salt so that makes you retain fluids.

rum and diet! or if you are on WW you can look up points. I know a 12oz bottle of light beer is 2pts. A "jigger" of most alcohol is also 2pts
