Anyway, if she doesn't think you're an unfit lover and she is very true to you, then you should stop feeling insecure. I wonder why you say you are not fit for your lover though. Only you know the answer and if you do know what is wrong, fix it.

Simple - tell her outright the reason why you are not fit to be her lover? Then from there you will know what to do next.
