There's nothing weird about going without panties. Sometimes some women do it sometimes because it actually looks classier to have no panty lines showing under certain fabrics.
As for the peeing thing, if you're talking about women who like to pee on people or be peed on, in a sexual way, well, that is weird (and gross), but that fetish is not confined to women. Men do it too.

It is a fetish thing....my boyfriend likes for me to wear skirts with no panties and he also likes to be peed on. I thought it was a little wierd and gross but now I just do it. I don't like the be peed on....but I guess I don't mind doing the peeing. He said it is something about the sound and warmth as well as the sight that turns him on.
And I say to each his/her own....
As long as there are NO children and animals are involved.
