I know a man who was doing the above. Who would be more annoyed, the protestants who were giving him money, or, the faith he's kind of turned his back on just for money???

I'm a protestant and I've never heard of a "protestant wrist band." What's on the wrist band? Does it conflict with catholic theology? If not, why would it matter?

Catholics believe that all Truth is God's Truth. If I were to hear a Truth coming from a Catholic and a Protestant, would it be right to acknowledge the Truth from the Catholic but deny the Protestant - even when they were proclaiming the exact same Truth? Of course that's wrong.

I like the idea of Christian wristbands. Just because they were made by Protestants does not necessarily mean they shouldn't be used by Catholics.

If the messsages on the wristbands do not offend Catholic beliefs or practices, there is nothing wrong with a Catholic selling/wearing them, even when they've originated from Protestants.

Hi there.

I'm not really sure what your question is about. Do you mean the person was selling wristbands sympathetic to loyalism or do you mean it was to do with evangelism and the message of the gospel? I am from Northern Ireland and there certainly is an ecumenical movement within the Catholic church which has resulted in different churches coming together for worship - this is great!
Hope this is of some help.

i think it unlikely that protestantism has copyrighted the wristband idea.perhaps he was raising money for his catholic church ?
unless of course paisleyism has taken to wristbands.doubtless he felt he was promoting christianity regardless.
i have one of those "footprints" cards in the kitchen and no baptists/elim etc have sued this mormon yet !.
