that depends on what year 5.0, FI or carb? the carb should bolt right in. if you want FI, you better have a donnor car or get the wiring, senors and computer. Try pick-a-part maybe $500

The price of pats will vary. Just depends on what you get. I've seen used 5.0's for around $700 and new crate 5.0 (302c.i.) for up to $5000-$7000. So depending on what you get the parts could cost anywhere from $2000-$8000. G'luck with it!

depends on the 5.0 motor you go with. but basically if you use an older carburated engine you just need the motor mounts and trans mount. then you start talking engine, trans, exhaust, cooling system and such. I know I have 5 Mustangs from 65 to 68.
