I would hve to agree with the most here about nude and all, I wouldn't be doing it nude but in a bra and undies or a swim suit. Like many said who knows were it could end up. One thing u don't needs is the Mrs. American thing. If u hve a digital cam would be the best and put it on a tripod. Get the area in which u want as a background and go for it. A good close friend could also help. Great Idea to help see the way u were and how much u lost over a period of time. Did one of my wife long time ago. Things change ove time.

First off, Good luck on your diet. Second I think it is a great idea. A digital camera with a timer is your best bet. Otherwise, you need to get someone you really trust to take the picture.
I have been in a weight loss contest for 7 weeks now and I wish I did that then. It would have been nice to visually see the results. I hope this encourages you, I lost 15 lbs so far another 15 and I am at my ideal weight.
Again good luck with the camera and diet.

Go for it! But maybe it's better to do pictures in a bikini cause then u can show those pictures to people. Of course take some just for yourself too(they can be naked). Photograph yourself from the side, back and front to see how much weight u lost in every part of your body. Or your boyfriend can take the pictures for you(that way it will be more fun too!). Enjoy! xoxo

better to do swimsuit - you may want to show people your progress some day.
I have a bikini bottom and a sports bra that I wear for my before and afters... it's revealing enough for me to see even small amounts of progress, but still covers enough I can post it on my website and show others how well I am doing too.
Naked pics are never a good idea for permanent purposes like recording weight loss. You will want to keep those forever, and no matter where you hide them - SOMEONE will find them. I am still mentally scarred from helping my Aunt move and coming across and naked picture of my uncle. UGH.

Help for loosing weight,
You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit or healthy(being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). Too much of these thing will lead to a very unhealthy you.
Balance is the key to life; eating only convenient and processed food often containing growth hormones, preservatives, additives and seasons like MSG (see http://stayinformed.info/kitchen.html why you should stay away from wheat (gluten), MSG and other foods that causes obesity and hypertension) may lead to weight gain, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and other diseases.
Here are a few suggestions to becoming lean and fit:
Substitute your sugar drinks such as sodas and juices for water, green or ginger tea. Drink 30 minutes before or after each meal.
When eating, help the digestive process. Take your time and chew your food 3 to 4 times longer than usually take ( break it down to almost a liquid). This will aid in the digestive process. Add fiber and substitute some daily choices like (fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meats) with organic selection. The organic foods do not contain the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain.
Remove or reduce wheat, dairy, sugar, and processed food (junk foods, can foods, food in boxes, restaurants foods, fast foods, etc.).
Enjoy your life, exercise when ever you get the opportunity, go for a walk, jog, swim, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you.
This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.

Naked is nice but a swimsuit is more sensible. When you make progress having pictures is a great idea to see your progress. Take away the stress and stay away from weighing yourself everyday....try once a week or every other week.

The best way to track progress is in a pair of plain white undergarments. Do a front, back, and side profiles. Then you can see the changes from all angles. Also measure yourself in all locations. this way when you have achieved you goal you can see how many inches you lost. Some people lose more inches than weight because they build muscle.

If you must be naked in the picture, make sure only you know where it is, you know how things end op on the internet these days, nothing is private.
Maybe you could take the pics in a skimpy bathing suit you want to get into, as a goal to look awesome in it!

That is a good idea. But make sure the place you take your film to will develop pictures of naked people. Alot of places won't (like Wal-Mart).
