No - you will have to do a course of some sort.
Most airline websites have a link on there homepage about employment opportunities etc.. check those out on how to go about things. eg) http://www.qantas.com.au/info/about/employment/index

Otherwise apply for a flight attendant course through

All airlines train their own flight attendants. Once accepted you will do the internal course. Even if you are transferring from another airline you will need to do a course to learn the procedures of the new airline. Apply to the airlines directly.
