Hi, Cheesus Groyst.
(It rhymes with that
of this Jew priest).
If I recount to you the history of religion
and the fabrications whipped up
by the irreligious religious...
you either would be enlightened
or be frustrated by the disinformation
tossed about by fallible infallible men.
Religion is about a faith of resignation
rather than enthusiasm (or obedience
to the first 4 of the 10 Commandments).
People are raised within a circumscribed
intellectual and delimiting box from which
they never want to venture out of,
for fear they might know the truth
that is so obvious if one were
to read the Bible starting
with Genesis.
Then finish it off with
The Dead Sea Scrolls.
Genesis and Exodus
is about THE CREATOR
Addressing HIS Created Beings.
Isaiah and Jeremiah
is about the Frustrations Of
THE UNCREATED CREATOR.
Dare you read?
It is one thing to "knowingly" babble
about religion, righteousness, and GOD.
It is another to simply obey HIS Four Laws
that Catholics and Christians enjoy violating.

when I was churched I wasn't just frustrated I was very self righteous and condemning of people who didn't believe what my church taught
after all we had the only true teachings
It embarasses me now to think that I was so sure that that church had the only truth
Since I have been away from that church or any church for a number of years and have spent a lot of tine reading and asking questions and going to religious services at different religions I feel I have grown up a lot
do you know that when I was churched it honestly never would have crossed my mind to ask a Hindu what he believed? I would only ask my pastor about Hindus and naturally what I was told I have since learned was wrong
But it is very typical of Christians to never ask what other people believe or if they do they do it from the standoint of finding out what is wrong with that belief And of course if that is how you approach things you WILL find all kinds of things wrong with it
sorry for the ramble. I don't get frustrated at all anymore that people believe differently or don't believe in any kind of religion at all
In fact, the conclusion I have come to is that if I am going to apply loving my neighbor as myself then what I will do is to not try to talk people out of their belief (I don't want people doing that to me) or their unbelief. Just the opposite in fact, if I am going to love my neighbor as myself then I will give support to them IN their belief or unbelief with the proviso that what I try to do is support them being the most compassionate and loving Hindu or Buddhist or whatever they are that they can be
Kind of like being a good friend isn't convincing your friend that she has to have the same goals that you do but helping her reach her goals (not mine) because that is what I would want a friend to do for me even if her goals are different from mine
of course there are limitations on that I will admit
If my friend's goal is to cheat someone I won't support that goal just as an example
And my support of Christians does not extend to supporting them being unkind or self righteouosly condemning

It is not frustration, it is sad. We are sad that they do not share the same God, because the scripture teaches that those who do not believe in Jesus Christ as the Son will be punished for eternity, and that my friend will be sad.
The answer is the same for others that believe in a god other the the true and living God, the creator of the heaven and the earth.
What is different to many different Christians is not their believe in God, but in their understanding of the things of God. What did God mean by this, or that. Their lever of understanding creates the different.

I'm not frustrated. My understanding and belief is that the God of Abraham is the God and Creator of the Universe. His Son Jesus is the only Way to salvation. My goal is to take as many people with me to Heaven as I can. So I tell others about the Good News. But a relationship with Jesus is something each person is going to have to decide on for themselves. I am sad when someone rejects God's salvation, but not frustrated.

Everyone gets frustrated when what they think is the truth isn't believed by others.
Christians get frustrated at those who don't believe in god or who believe in a different god/gods to them.
Atheists get frustrated at those who do believe in god or gods, etc.
I know I get frustrated that religion still exists.

yet you will be able to desire to no longer be extra incorrect!! for a commence all the different religions, including pagans stay in peace with atheists and are basically attacked by ability of the christians!! yet who're the authentic pagans now? Christianity geared up their church homes on pagan sites, observed their places of worship alongside with their procedures and trappings of that worship alongside with Christmas, Easter and Halloween!! The Venerable Bede, an early Christian author talked approximately that the Christian church absorbed Pagan practices whilst it chanced on the inhabitants unwilling to provide up the fairs. subsequently a brilliant form of what Christians now see as Christians practices are in certainty pagan and subsequently christians are much extra pagan than the folk who now call themselves pagan!!!

Its the way they are taught to believe, they are right and everyone else is wrong and it is the Christians responsibility to correct the wrong by convincing everyone else that they are right. That has been carried to the extreme in the past where Christians that conquered native peoples would force them to convert or die and go straight to hell. Must be a wonderful way to live since they still do it to some extent.

The one uniting belief among Christians is that there is only one way to God. That is through belief in Jesus Christ. Thus, to look out upon a world population and realize that most are lost, is not only frustrating, but heartbreaking. It's like watching someone in a burning building and being absolutely helpless to save them.

As a Christian, I'll admit I do have an emotional reaction to those who don't believe in the true God, usually sorrow. However, I know that there is nothing I can do to convince someone of the truth. I can pray, love, and share, but ultimately it is God who draws people's hearts.
I respect your right to have other beliefs, but I'm sad that if you continue in them you will end up in everlasting hell.
That said, I'm perfectly willing to have a respectful conversation about our differences of opinions and beliefs. I know that I don't have it all figured out and am certainly willing to put my faith to the test.
