Hello,I am a biology student and if i am not wrong the momen t your eyes got dark is due to servere dehyderation ,i've expreicned it to before ,it is the 1st syptom to heat stroke after ur eyes darkened and u still haven have water for too long of a period u will drop unconcious and eventually it can be fatal. Not to scare you but is true. You must also gradualy build up ur stamina of ur body it is important even during summer u spend some time for physical training. And Finally "ALWAYS DRINK PLENTY OF WATER" before any execrise the cause of ur eyes darkening is due to lack of water and u continued training in the sun leading to severe dehydration, as i said before this a symptom of heat stroke and the only way to save urself is to quickly hydrate urself A.s.a.p. (Hope i helped you)

Heat injuries are a serious business. Prevention is the key, but if this happens again, let your coach know.

Drink water. Lots of it. It is almost impossible to drink too much. Drink 2 glasses in the morning when you wake up. Drink 2 glasses before practice and then drink water during practice.

Strenuous activity in heat like that can be fatal. Watch the news. Some High School or college athlete will die from a heat related injury in August or September and everyone will act so surprised... like it doesn't happen every year!

It may of had something to do with the temp and your exercise, but I doubt it was a heat stroke! You would know if you had a heat stroke, they can be deadly if not treated properly! You may have had heat exhaustion, but it is only really a guess as I wasn't there and I didn't see you. If you are fine now, take precautions out in the heat which means fluids and replace your electrolytes!

Well you either tell your coach and live to play for many years or you don't tell your coach and you die and never play again. Simple choice really. Heat stroke can be deadly. When your core body temperature is over 106 your heart starts to fail as well as your kidneys and your brain kicks you into a coma. From where I sit, my life is more valuable than a stupid game.
