Push ups or bench presses should increase your pectoral size and increase the size of the muscles under your breasts. I believe that would increase the apparent size of your breasts - and make you stronger.

your Pectorals have something to do with breast size. That is why you can usually tell if a person is right or left handed. Their strong side breast is usually larger!
