how do you feel about seeing other people?

has anyone been in a relationship with someone and you both agreed to see other people but still be with eachother... what is the outcome of this? and how do you feel about it?

When a relationship ends, there is a grieving process just as there is in death. People move on. When you see your ex with someone else, wish them happiness. Being bitter about an ex only hurts the one being bitter. The pain of a breakup does fade with time. In the past when I've been through it, I finally reached the conclusion that the relationship wasn't meant to be long term, and that there were lessons to be learned. When you acknowledge these things, you move forward, and find happiness again.

Yes. It's not really a good idea because at the end of the day a lot of emotions are unveiled; the girl really wants a full blown relationship, and the guy wants a sex buddy

It's giving the guy what he wants, really...if he suggested it. Only if a guy is willing to make some changes or sacrificies for his relationship is when you know that he doesn't want you for one thing

It usually ends the relationship. I think that is the intent of seeing other people. It is just an easy way (even though a long drawn out one) of breaking up with someone

Hmm. This is not good.
As someone said earlier eventually one of you will find someone you like more. Even if neither one of you dose, you will always think "dose he like her better?" or "is he spending more time with her?" and he will have similar thoughts.
Trust me unless you are just friends with benefits this is usually an end of the relationship. Sorry.

One of you will eventually find somebody else that you want to be exclusive with and that will end the current situation.
