What superstitious belief would that be? The one that says we all evolved out of nothing? You won't derive any morals out of that misguided belief.

CCC 2013 - "All Christians in any state or walk of life are called to the fullness of Christian life and to the perfection of charity." All are called to holiness: "Be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect."
CCC 2015 - The way of perfection passes by way of the Cross. There is no holiness without renunciation and spiritual battle. Spiritual progress entails the ascesis and mortification that gradually lead to living in the peace and joy of the Beatitudes:

I don't think morals have much to do with superstitions. But, most superstitions have a bit of truth to them. For example, breaking a mirror being bad luck. In the time when this one started, mirrors were extremely expensive so the bad luck could be the amount of hard work that would have to go into affording a new one.

I'm not superstitious. I don't believe a black cat crossing your path is bad luck or anything like that. My belief that God exists is very real. There's a big difference.
