Hey, why not tie them with leather straps to poles in the desert sun....that would be "solar" I am sure it would power up heTexans who would love to watch.

they have the technology, already. it would need a good size storage cell, then they would just have to step it up enough. and then cook him or her good.
for the first candidate, i would recommend the illegal immigrant from peru that took part in the murder of the college kids in newark. he had been paroled 3 times. one of the offenses was the rape of a six year old girl. why he was paroled, or not deported is beyond me.
the mayor of newark said that the system failed. hmmm ...they might want to check the sanity of the judge, because the defense said that they had not requested a reduce bail.

LIke it or not they are protected by the 8th Amendment "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.", the same as you are.
