the digestive tracts of both cat and dog would meet in the middle, therefore the mutual anus would be the belly button. (y)

There was one episode where catdog was being filmed and when it came time for them to poop they censored it. So you'd never really know.

I don't think cartoon characters poop, but if you watched catdog enough, you know when one would eat something it would come out the other's mouth.
