do not struggle, you are only struggeling in your mind. To remember the world is a big place, and at one time or enother, people will be going through the same thing at the same time.
It is only natural to feel down. But it is also natural to tell yourself. this to shall pass. Think and find a way to fix your problems one by one.
If you are struggleing on a topic that seems out of reach. Tak smaller steps.
Pick yourself up..and remember...If it going to happen it will.
Take care...and smile a little...it makes a big change.
Just to make yourself in a better mood. At any time during the day...do something nice for someone...but don;t let them know it.
