There is no way to sport reduce fat. (belly or thigh) Diet and exercise is the only way no matter what anybody tells you...... period. Refer to bulknutriton.com (forums). You will find all the help you need and then some. A few pointers.
1. Eat something every 1.5-2.5 hours. This will get your raise your metabolism because your body knows it will be getting its next meal very soon.
2. Don't mix your carbs and your fats. Alternate between meals and include some source of protein wiht every meal.
3. Inverval training or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) works great for burning fat. This will be done 20 minutes because of the difficulty level, but you will see results if you diet is in check and you are consistent.
4. Eliminate sugars from your diet and starchy foods. Watch out for High Fructose Corn Syrup too. This means no soda, juice, milk or other sugary drinks.
5. No carbs a few hours before bed (4-5). Try to tapper them down through out the day if possible.
6. Alcohol is terrible for and person trying to tone up. When your body is metabolising alcohol is not metabolising food, rather storing it.
Good luck!!!

I've been doing this for a little over a week now and I've been getting good results:
Excercise: 2 to 2 and a half hours a day of biking, walking, and dancing
Breakfast: A serving of fruit (when canned, draining the juice) or a Dannon 60 calorie, non fat yogurt
Lunch: A vegetarian burger without bread, either a small can of carrots or green beans
Snack: Another small can of veggies, or raw baby carrots
Dinner: Either a vegetarian burger or yogurt with a can of veggies or something.
Drink atleast 8 glasses of water
I hope that helps :-)

it's easy my dear, CARDIO exercises will help, not only you lose your fat on your belly, it'll tone your thigh :) 2 things at 1. The wonders of CARDIO exercise,
30 mins on alternate days will be just fine! but do have adequate rest and sleep.
if you think jogging is bored, try cycling or maybe playing sport, you'll have fun plus you get to burn calories.
But remember, a strict diet is always important to having a lean body!
Enjoy!

doing situps for an hour could help lose your belly fat and going on a treadmill could lose your thigh fat and could make you look sexy if you do it long enough. eating fruit and fibre can make you feel better in no time good luck and dont give up because then you could end up being even worse than you are already.

try doing sit-ups, but remember if there is no pain no gain
do about 100-500 a days. this might sound crazy but you really think about it, it is n't that much to do. also keep in mind that i will not vanish in a matter of seconds,it will take about a week or even more to see good result . DO NOT GIVE UP!
people who try a ways, such as sit- ups and then say it is not working for them is usually because they are either not doing enough or not doing them right
instead of putting your hands behind your head when doing sit-ups try putting them by your side, straight. this will force you to your belly muscle instead of letting your hands push you up , which does not help you for the result that you are specificly looking for

Jazz, walking will help all over your body, including your belly and thighs. The walking experts say we need to walk 10,000 steps a day. Start with less than that and work your way up. Buy a step counter, I got mine for less than $50.

Belly: sit-ups. But not just regular ones...you need abdominal crunches, and oblique crunches (to tone up your waist & sides). 3 reps of 25 each.
Thighs: Lunges! 3 reps of 15, to start. For more resistance, hold 3lb. dumbbells in your hands.
Good Luck!!!

i have found Aerobics to be the most efficient way to loose fat...
i lost 6 KGs in 2 months time...
after that i started doing some workout in weights section and on other machines in cardio section...
i used to use jeans of 38 inch waist exactly one year ago and now i use 32 inch waist geans...thats 6 inches lost in 1 year!
ofcoure you need diet control...no eating out in any hotels for atleast 2 months wen u r doing aerobics.
goin to subway once in a week or so would b ok...but no cheese!

I used to hate rigorous exercises but I was also so sick with my big pot belly. Luckily a friend of mine told me this very good site that I found really helpful. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before... I am now in love with regular exercises so much, as keeping my flat stomach makes me feeling so great!
