To get that much reduction in size may mean a big loss in picture quality. First make a copy and work with that. Make it a .jpg if it is not already "Save as " then make the format .jpg A good way to reduce the size of a picture file is to reduce the actual size of the image using "Tools". And then see if Corel has a compression function. It may be in the "Tools"
Remember to keep a copy of the original somewhere so if the quality of the image is very bad after all that processing you can start again.
