Occam's razor states that one must not assume more than what is absolutely necessary. As to the God question it may help one to start from the point that - at least in the experience of human beings - we need a certain amount of intelligence to build the complex things that work well for us. You might say that where there is order there is intelligence behind it. Therefore if order is seen in the things that we haven't made, equally there must be some other form of intelligence that is responsible for it.

The church was built on false premises from the get go. Jesus nor any of the apostles ever had a Headquarter's church. Workers in the field is the opposite from working from a material building. Everyone knows that if the foundation of a building is off kilter, the whole building is unstable, like the house that Jack built. Its like they are trying to build a stairway to heaven with the first rung sitting on quicksand.

You do not have to take any assumptions to reach God. Please understand that 'God' is inside your own self, you carry 'God' around within yourself and it is your biggest mistake to look for 'God' outside your own self. 'God' resides inside your 'pure consciousness'. Whenever you wish to reach out to 'God' just ask your 'consciousness' earnestly for guidance. Your 'consciousness' is your direct connection with "god' you only have to turn on the switch. Ask any question from your 'consciousness' and you will definitely find answer. Try it, this works like magic and you can surely feel the presence of 'God' inside your own self.
