As everything in life, it depends on how of ten it happens. It is, indeed, more frequent to have nose bleeds in spring/summer: the air is drier, the mucosa breaks more easily, and you bleed. Also, the blood is thicker (a bit dehydrated), and it breaks thin vessels (capillaries) as it crosses the mucosa.
10 episodes in a whole summer is probably fine.
Now, if you're getting a daily episode, that is not normal: you'll need to be reviewed, NO reason to worry, it is just to make you feel better!

Does Heat Cause Nose Bleeds

WHen you're hot, the capillaries in your extremities dilate to allow more blood to be cooled by the air. This also happens at the nostrils. If you happen to have a weakened vessel in your nostrils, it may then rupture and bleed. Also, in the heat, many people become agitated and have raised blood pressure. This also may help to burst the weakened vessels.

because the capillaries in your nose are expanding. because you probably have thin capillarie walls, they rupture and thus a nose bleed.

It sounds like your nose is possibly getting very dry due to the heat and that can cause nose bleeds.

Some capillaries in your nose rupture thus signalling to you that you need to cool down. that is the purpose.

Well, it doesn't and I think you need to see the quack. There may be something up there that needs cauterizing.
